Robert M. Trevisani Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Trevisani joined ArcLight in 2001 and has extensive experience managing limited partner relationships and fund back office management.  Prior to joining ArcLight, he was Vice President and Controller for Triumph Capital Group, a private equity and CBO asset management firm.  Prior to joining Triumph in 1995, he served as Chief Financial Officer of New England Frozen Foods.  From 1991 to 1992, he was a founding staff member of Geary, Furnari & Gendron, a turnaround consulting company.  Mr. Trevisani began his career as a staff accountant with Adler, Blachard & Co.  Mr. Trevisani earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Entrepreneurial Studies from Babson College.

John F. Mahoney Controller

Mr. Mahoney joined ArcLight in 2007 and has 26 years of experience in financial services including 20 years specific to alternative investment and private equity administration.  Prior to joining ArcLight he was a Unit Director in Investors Bank & Trust Company’s Business Strategy & Execution group supporting Investors Bank’s alternative investment administration practice.  Mr. Mahoney earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and a Master of Science in Accountancy from the Elkin B. McCallum Graduate School of Business at Bentley College.

Melissa A. Waystack Controller

Ms. Waystack joined ArcLight in 2015 and has 12 years of private equity experience.  Prior to joining ArcLight, she was a member of the transaction services team and also an assistant controller at Apax Partners, LP.  Prior to joining Apax Partners, Ms. Waystack held various accounting positions at  Lindsay Goldberg in New York.  Ms. Waystack earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Providence College and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Michelle M. Wright Assistant Controller

Ms. Wright joined ArcLight in 2008 and has 13 years of accounting experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was a Financial Analyst at Experian in the Marketing Services Group. Ms. Wright began her career as a Client Communications Representative in Manulife Financial’s U.S. Annuities Division. Ms. Wright earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

Daniel J. Parsons Staff Accountant

Mr. Parsons joined ArcLight in 2011 and has six years of private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Parsons was a quality control specialist at The Bank of New York Mellon.  Mr. Parsons earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Rhode Island.  Mr. Parsons is currently pursuing his Masters in Accounting at Suffolk University.

Matthew E. Nelson Head, Investor Relations

Mr. Nelson joined ArcLight in 2013 and has 18 years of private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Nelson was a Managing Director at Providence Equity Partners, where he helped lead the firm’s investor relations activities. Before joining Providence in 2006, Mr. Nelson was a Senior Specialist Consultant at Cambridge Associates, where he advised limited partners on their private equity portfolios. Previously, Mr. Nelson worked at Westport Private Equity, Fleet Fund Investors and Village Ventures. Mr. Nelson began his career as an attorney at Patterson Belknap Webb & Tyler. Mr. Nelson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Williams College and a Juris Doctor from the University of Virginia School of Law.

Ross A. Murphy Director, Investor Relations

Mr. Murphy joined ArcLight in 2010 and has over 14 years of capital raising experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Murphy was a Partner at MVision Private Equity Advisers where he executed domestic and international client mandates and maintained relationships with institutional investors in the U.S., Europe, Asia and Australia. Mr. Murphy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Finance and Accounting from the University of Colorado’s Leeds School of Business.

Ashley S. Nahmias Coordinator, Investor Relations

Ms. Nahmias joined ArcLight in 2006 and has 11 years of private equity experience. Ms. Nahmias is responsible for assisting in fund raising functions as well as managing back office investor relations. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Nahmias earned a Bachelor of Arts in Studio Art from Rollins College.

Theodore D. Burke Partner and General Counsel

Mr. Burke joined ArcLight in 2014 and has over 31 years of legal, energy finance, and private equity experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, Mr. Burke was the Chief Executive and Global Managing Partner of Freshfields, Bruckhaus Deringer LLP. Before Freshfields, he was a Partner with Milbank Tweed Hadley and McCloy.  Mr. Burke earned a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Vermont and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University.

Christine M. Miller Associate General Counsel

Ms. Miller joined ArcLight in 2004 and has 19 years of legal experience in the areas of investment transactions and fund operations, with 17 years specific to energy finance and private equity. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was Counsel in John Hancock’s Investment Law Division, where she represented investment managers and advised institutional investors in purchasing private debt and equity securities. Ms. Miller earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Juris Doctor from Boston University School of Law.

Sascha A. Rosebush Associate General Counsel/Chief Compliance Officer

Ms. Rosebush joined ArcLight in February 2016 and has over 16 years legal and compliance experience.  Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Rosebush served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Park Street Capital and before that she spent over nine years collectively as an Associate at Testa, Hurwitz & Thibeault, LLP and Proskauer Rose LLP.  Ms. Rosebush, who is a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst,  earned a Bachelor of Arts from Boston University and a Juris Doctor from Northeastern University School of Law.

Elisabeth A. Wallace Coordinator, Legal

Ms. Wallace joined ArcLight in 2002. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was an assistant to a portfolio manager at SAC Capital Advisors. Ms. Wallace earned a Bachelor of Arts in Hispanic Language and Literature from Boston University.

Rebecca S. Cooke Special Assistant to Managing Partner

Ms. Cooke joined ArcLight in 2002. Her responsibilities include event planning and organizing the firm’s large corporate events, including its annual investors meeting. Prior to joining ArcLight, Ms. Cooke worked in the Office of Communications at Hobart College. Ms. Cooke earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and Education from Hobart and William Smith Colleges.

Karen E. Finn Director, Human Resources

Ms. Finn joined ArcLight in 2009 and has 21 years of human resources experience. Prior to joining ArcLight, she was the Assistant Director of human resources with a start-up pharmaceutical company. Ms. Finn earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Vermont.

John J. McNaught, III Director, Information Technology

Mr. McNaught joined ArcLight in 2008, after being the firm’s primary information technology consultant since 2004. Prior to joining ArcLight, he was a senior systems and technology consultant for iCorps Technologies, specializing in IT infrastructure planning and implementation for small to medium size companies. Mr. McNaught earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Merrimack College.

Megan E. Reynolds Office Manager

Ms. Reynolds joined ArcLight in 2007. Her responsibilities include managing the operations of the Boston office. Ms. Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of New Hampshire.
